Adam Weinbaum, Managing Director

Adam Weinbaum joined A&M CapRE in 2010.  Mr. Weinbaum has more than 17 years of commercial real estate experience spanning multiple property types in both acquisition and development roles.  Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Weinbaum was the Director of Sales and Marketing for Lombardi Properties, a boutique development and investment firm located in the Wynwood Arts District of Miami, Florida.  His work involved due diligence, acquisition, leasing and disposition of company investment and development transactions in the industrial, retail and multi-family sectors.  Mr. Weinbaum has also held positions at Playa Capital the Master Developer of Playa Vista in Los Angeles and with Back Bay Construction Company in Miami, where he focused on office and retail tenant improvement projects.  Mr. Weinbaum holds an MBA and Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California and a BS degree from Vanderbilt University in Mechanical Engineering.

Evan Pearlman, Senior Associate

Evan Pearlman joined A&M CapRE in 2012. To date, Mr. Pearlman has more than 10 years of real estate development, acquisitions and management experience across residential and commercial investment subtypes.  Prior to joining the firm, he managed the investment platform for Legare’ Homes, a Los Angeles-based multi-family infill development firm.  His work involved land acquisitions, investment funding and management, and construction management of single and multifamily residential projects.  Mr. Pearlman held a summer acquisitions analyst position at DiNapoli Capital Partners, where he assisted in the acquisition, development, and management of mixed-use, multi-family, hotel, and resort assets.  Mr. Pearlman is an Urban Land Institute (ULI) Associate Member and Young Leader who holds an MBA from The Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California and a BS degree from the University of California, San Diego in Economics: Management Science.

Matthew Citron, Senior Associate

Matthew Citron joined A&M CapRE in 2013.  To date, Mr. Citron has more than 8 years of commercial real estate acquisitions and management experience.  Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Citron was a licensed commercial property tax agent at a boutique consultancy, RETC LP, in Dallas, TX.  He managed a $500+ million portfolio of properties in all market sectors, and cut roughly $138 million in assessed value off the tax role, resulting in greater than $3.4 million in realized tax savings for more than 250 clients.  Mr. Citron also previously worked at the Dallas-based REIT, Behringer Harvard, and at Royal Caribbean International in the hotel operations department.  Mr. Citron holds an MBA and Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.  Mr. Citron earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from The Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University, where he was awarded the Outstanding Real Estate/Finance Major for 2008
