Adam Weinbaum, Managing Director

Adam joined A&M Capital Real Estate in 2010 and focuses on building the firm’s AUM, overseeing acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, and financing-related activities.

 Adam has more than 21 years of commercial real estate experience, including $800 million of investment transaction activity and over $1 billion in advisory work, including the land portfolio of the Lehman Bros. Chapter 11 estate.  Adam’s CRE experience spans office, industrial, retail, multi-family, and master-planned communities with responsibilities that involved direct oversight of acquisitions and dispositions, underwriting and due diligence, financing, leasing, and development management. 

Adam earned a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Vanderbilt University, an MBA from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California, and a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.  He is a member of NAIOP and the Urban Land Institute.

Evan Pearlman, Managing Director

Evan joined A&M Capital Real Estate in 2012 and focuses on asset acquisitions, due diligence and underwriting.

Evan has over 15 years of commercial real estate experience, involving over $900 million in investment transaction activity.Over the course of his career, his responsibilities have included acquisitions and dispositions, underwriting and due diligence, asset management, financing, capital raising, and strategic planning.Evan’s CRE experience includes office, industrial, R&D, hospitality, and mixed-use, and well as development management of single and multi-family residential projects.

Evan earned a BS in Economics (with a concentration in Management Science) from the University of California, San Diego, and an MBA from The Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.  He is a Center Member at the USC Lusk Center for Real Estate and a member of NAIOP and the Urban Land Institute.

Matthew Citron, Principal

Matthew joined A&M Capital Real Estate in 2013 and focuses on asset management, development management, and the development and execution of the firm’s adaptive re-use / asset conversion strategies.

 Matt has over 13 years of commercial real estate experience involving over $600 million in investment transaction activity and over $500 million in advisory.  Over the course of his career, his responsibilities have included asset and development management, acquisition underwriting and due diligence, acquisition / leasing / disposition support, TI project management, and property tax services.  His CRE experience includes office, industrial, R&D / flex, hospitality, life science, and master-planned communities.

Matt earned a BBA from Southern Methodist University, an MBA from The Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California, and a Dollinger Master of Real Estate Development from the Sol Price School of Public Policy at the University of Southern California.   He is a member of NAIOP and the Urban Land Institute.


Will Kern, Senior Associate

Will Kern joined A&M Capital Real Estate, LLC in 2022 and focuses on asset management, asset repositioning,  and investment reporting.  Will has over 6 years of commercial real estate experience, including lending, leasing, investments, and asset management.  

Will earned a BBA in Finance (with a concentration in Real Estate) from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.  He is a member of Urban Land Institute (ULI) Young Leaders Group.

Mason Luna, Senior Acquisition Analyst

Mason joined A&M Capital Real Estate in 2021 and focuses on sourcing and underwriting pipeline investment opportunities, preparation of cash flow models, analyzing market information, and compiling that information into investment summaries for presentation to the firm’s investment committee.

Mason earned a BS in Business Administration (with an emphasis in finance) from the Eller College of Management at The University of Arizona, with a minor in Urban & Regional Development.  He is a member of Urban Land Institute (ULI) Young Leaders Group.
